Women Who Cowork Mastermind

A forum for connecting, learning and sharing with fellow female coworking founders.

Whether you own and operate your own space or you are dreaming of launching a coworking community, this mastermind has been specially designed to provide connection, support, innovative ideas, inspiration and community.

About the founders:

Iris and Laura have been passionate about the coworking movement for almost a decade. Iris, working collaboratively on the West Coast to open over nine coworking spaces since 2009 and then launching an innovative online platform, featuring makers, shakers and thought leaders from the shared workspace world. Laura, pioneering the integration of coworking and wellness with the world’s first coworking space for health and wellness entrepreneurs in Austin, TX in 2008 and then launching Women Who Cowork last year, in celebration of International Coworking Day. We have met some fantastic humans, witnessed some amazing collaborations and continue to build our passion for what community-based coworking can do in this world.

Coworking is the action that is changing the way we do business - through breaking down the silos and barriers between teams, individuals and strangers. Simply put, coworking upgraded our lives, and we know it can transform the world. And, quite frankly, we know that you, the women who are leading this movement, need to come together in community as well.

About the group:

This online group, specially designed to support you and the work you are doing to transform your communities and the world around you, will provide an opportunity to grow as an entrepreneur, in collaboration with your peers. In this supportive and confidential space, you will experience 8 bi-monthly, 90 minute group calls, with 8 of your fabulous peers, facilitated by Iris and Laura. Based on an initial intake of your current challenges and needs, we will center each call around a specific topic of discussion. The calls will begin with a short check in, and then a group discussion on the topic, with peer coaching and mentorship provided by Iris and Laura. Everyone will be encouraged to continue the conversation throughout the next week, in our private online forum.
